Taking somewhat of a nontraditional take on espresso our desire was to develop a flagship espresso that appeased those who look for bold chocolate undertones....yet we wanted something more. Therefore we began a journey to find a unique coffee base that would excel in both its chocolate base yet add some uniqueness. Que the Menendez Family Farm in El Salvador. As a multi-generational farm coffee that comes from this region is second to none. Our Signature Snowfield Espresso Features a Pacamara base, then mixed with Microdots from Guatemala and Ethiopia. This unique espresso experience packs with it a unique body filled with beautiful toffee notes finished off with a beautiful brightness of cherries and blueberries. Second to none as an espresso, this coffee is also VERY GOOD as a Pour Over or Aero Press.
